How to Make Payments
If you have outstanding invoices that need to be paid, you can easily manage and complete your payments directly from your dashboard.
Managing and paying your invoices is quick and easy with FreightSimple. Follow the steps below to complete your payments efficiently.

Access Your Dashboard
Log in to your FreightSimple account and navigate to your dashboard. -
Go to the Payments Section
- Under the Financial tab, click on Invoices.
- Here, you’ll see a list of all your pending invoices.

Click on Make Payments

Select Invoices to Pay
- Review your outstanding invoices.
- You can multiple select the invoices you wish to pay.

Choose a Payment Method
Choose your preferred payment option and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction.

Confirm Your Payment
Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation, and your invoices will be marked as paid.
If you don’t have access to the company credit card, you can Invite a colleague to add a credit card.
FreightSimple supports Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

(Optional) Send a Remittance Advice — EFT and ACH payments only
If you paid via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or ACH (Automated Clearing House) and have already marked your invoice as paid in your dashboard, you’re all set. No further action is required.
However, if you’d like to help our team match your payment faster, you’re welcome to send a remittance advice to billing@freightsimple.com. This is especially helpful if you’re paying multiple invoices in a single transfer.
Your remittance advice can include:
- Your company name
- The invoice numbers you are paying
- The payment amount and date of transfer
