Adding a New Credit Card

Managing your saved credit cards with FreightSimple is quick and easy.

Credit Card Options in FreightSimple

With FreightSimple, you can:

• Use different credit cards for different types of shipments.
• Set a preferred credit card for payments.
• Replace an expired or outdated card.
• Delete credit cards at any time (note: you must always have at least one active card on file).

How to Add a New Credit Card

Follow these simple steps to add a new credit card to your FreightSimple account:

1. Log in to your FreightSimple account.

2. Navigate to the Financial tab and click on Credit Cards.

   • You can also go directly to the page by clicking here.

3. Click on the "+" button to add a new card.

4. Enter your credit card details securely.

5. (Optional) Set your preferred credit card by selecting it as the default payment method.

Managing Your Credit Cards

• You can change your preferred credit card anytime.
• You can remove saved credit cards whenever you want, as long as there is at least one active card on file.

Your new card will be available for use immediately after being added.

If you don't have access to the company credit card, you can Invite a colleague to add a credit card.

FreightSimple supports Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
