What tracking gives you

FreightSimple provides automated tracking updates with all carriers, and an estimate of when the freight is currently scheduled to arrive, if available.

All of this information is presented in a consistent manner, so you can quickly interpret the tracking information regardless of which carrier is moving your shipment.

FreightSimple also monitors for problems along the way. When information is out of date or delays are detected, our team will work directly with the carrier to get updates on your behalf.

Where to find your tracking

You can always see the latest tracking information by clicking into your shipment on the FreightSimple dashboard. You can view an overview of the shipment details, with the latest update at the top.

Further down the page, you can see a detailed breakdown of events for this shipment, and find any important documents like weight reports or proof of deliveries.
