Saved Commodities
Many companies will ship a small number of commodities very often. To save you time when entering your details, you can create saved commodities.
Saving commodities is particularly useful if you have NMFC codes, or dangerous goods information for your commodity. This saves you from remembering the numbers and details for each shipment. Setting up saved commodities also helps other members of your team book shipments in confidence, knowing all details will be correct.
To create and use a saved commodity, follow these instructions:
From the top menu, under the Manage Company tab, select "Saved Commodities"
Select "Add New Saved Commodity", and enter the details for your commodity
Once saved, you can manage your commodities, modifying or deleting them as you need to.
Now, when entering details for a quote, you will be prompted with a choice of your saved commodities, or to enter new details instead.
