Currency setup

FreightSimple supports Canadian dollars (CAD) and US dollars (USD). Each account is locked to one currency.

Your account is configured for one currency only. If your account is set to CAD, every quote, booking, and invoice runs in CAD. Same for USD. You pick your currency during sign-up.

If you need both currencies, create two separate accounts: one in CAD, one in USD. Each account has its own login and tracks its own quotes, bookings, and invoices independently.

  1. Go to the sign-up page

    Open dashboard.freightsimple.com/create-account.

  2. Register with a new, unique email address

    Each account needs its own email.

  3. Pick the currency you need

    Choose CAD or USD during sign-up.
