Estimated Delivery Date & Transit Time
Please note that all delivery dates are estimated.
FreightSimple provides a transit time estimate, for example 3-6 business days. This transit estimate is AI-generated and based on real data from thousands of shipments. Our data shows us that only 30% of shipments arrive within a carrier's stated transit time, so we provide you with a more realistic transit window that is fact-based. This helps you better plan your shipments and communicate with your teams. We find that most shipments tend to deliver in the middle of that transit window.

If it is critical that your freight arrives by a particular date, please contact our support team by opening a live chat or emailing support@freightsimple.com to discuss the best options.
Service Level
FreightSimple's carriers provide 3 service levels to give you the best options to meet your needs. Only the specific service levels available for your shipment will be displayed when quotes come in.
Standard
This is the basic service level provided by most carriers. Depending on the carrier and the lane, this may be faster or slower. Transit times are not guaranteed.
Expedited
If you need your shipment to deliver faster, the Expedited service level may be a good fit for you. When a carrier offers Expedited, it means they are able to shave some time off the Standard Delivery Date. This will vary by lane and by carrier.
Guaranteed
Guaranteed shipments offer the option of guaranteeing delivery on the stated standard transit date. While this does not necessarily save days in transit, it does prioritize the freight to be delivered on the estimated day. This is especially helpful during weather delays, as these shipments tend to be prioritized first. It is also helpful if you don't necessarily need your freight to move faster, but want have more confidence that it will deliver on the estimated date of arrival.
