Why Didn't I Get an Instant Quote?
If you didn't get an instant quote for your shipment, here are some things you can check.
Try different options, and if you still get no quotes, please talk with our team.
Pickup Date
Make sure you request pickup on a weekday and it's not a holiday at the pickup location. Try a different date and see if you get quotes.
Pickup and Delivery Locations
If it's picking up from or delivering to a remote location there may be more limited options.
Also check if the town names are potentially spelled differently. Sometimes a mix up between Saint and St, or dashes or apostrophes in town names can cause confusion and limit the available options
Shipment Weights
Make sure you enter the weight per handling unit, and not the total weight of your shipment.
A common mistake that leads to no quotes is entering the total weight of the shipment.
Also note, if you require a liftgate that can limit the maximum weight of a pallet.
Shipment Dimensions
Please check the dimensions are entered correctly. Long or bulky freight can sometimes result in limited instant options
Special Services
Sometimes certain carriers don't offer all special services. Requesting services might limit options.
