Getting a truckload quote

Log in to your FreightSimple account
Visit FreightSimple and log in with your credentials. You'll be directed to your dashboard.

Start a new quote request
On the dashboard, click Request a Quote.

Enter shipment details
Fill out the necessary information for your truckload shipment:
- Pickup and delivery locations. Provide accurate addresses and postal codes.
- Pickup date. Select your desired pickup date.
- Freight description. Include weight, dimensions, and quantity of your shipment.
- Special requirements. Indicate if you need accessorials like liftgate service, tarping, or temperature control.

Submit your quote request
Once all details are entered, click Submit Quote Request. Our system will process your request and provide a list of carrier options. If a list is not displayed, the following option will appear.

Request more quotes
For larger or more complex shipments, the range of instant quotes may be limited. In these cases, you'll see an option to Request More Options after submitting your quote request. Click Request More Options to notify our dedicated logistics team. More options will appear.

Our logistics team works with carrier partners to source the best options for your shipment. Once the quotes are ready, usually within a few hours, we notify you.

Review and select a quote
When quotes are available, you'll receive an email. Compare pricing, transit times, and carrier ratings to choose the best option for your needs.
