Change Pickup/Delivery Reference Number & Notes
You can easily update the pickup or delivery reference numbers and notes for your shipment, even after booking. Follow the steps below to make changes:
How to Modify Reference Numbers and Notes
- Access Your Shipment Details:
Log in to your FreightSimple account, locate the shipment you wish to update, and scroll down to the Reference Number & Notes section. - Click “Change”:
Select the “Change” option under the Reference Number & Notes section. - Update Your Information:
Modify the reference numbers or notes as needed. Once you've made your changes, click Done to save the updates. - Confirmation Notification:
You will receive an email confirming your changes with the carrier after they are processed.
Important Notes
- Timeframe for Changes: Updates can only be made within one week of your original pickup date.
