Change Pickup and Delivery Addresses

You can update the pickup or delivery address for your shipment even after booking. Follow these steps to make the changes:


How to Modify Pickup/Delivery Address

  1. Access Your Shipment Details:
    Log in to your FreightSimple account, locate the shipment you want to update, and scroll down to the Pickup/Delivery Address section.
  2. Click “Change Address”:
    Select the Change Address option to edit the current address details.
  3. Enter the New Address:
    Type the updated address and click Done to save your changes.
  4. Confirmation Notification:
    You will receive an email confirming the change with the carrier once it has been processed.

Important Notes

  • Timeframe for Changes: Address changes can only be made within one week of your original pickup date.
  • Pickup Address Restrictions: Pickup locations can only be changed before the freight has been picked up.
  • Changing Postal/ZIP Codes: If your update involves a postal/ZIP code change, please contact us via live chat or email at support@freightsimple.com, as this may impact your shipment quote.
