Change Pickup Date or Hours

Need to adjust your shipment’s pickup date or hours? You can make updates easily after booking. Follow these steps to modify your pickup details:


How to Change Pickup Date or Hours

  1. Access Your Shipment Details:
    Log in to your FreightSimple account, locate the shipment you want to update, and scroll down to the Pickup Date/Hours section.
  2. Click “Change Pickup Date/Hours”:
    Select the option to modify the current pickup date or time.
  3. Choose Your New Date and/or Hours:
    Select your preferred pickup date and/or hours, then click Confirm to save your changes.
  4. Confirmation Notification:
    You will receive an email confirming your updates with the carrier once they are processed.

Important Notes

  • Timeframe for Changes: Pickup date and hour changes can only be made within one week of your original pickup date.
