Change Pickup Date or Hours
Need to adjust your shipment’s pickup date or hours? You can make updates easily after booking. Follow these steps to modify your pickup details:
How to Change Pickup Date or Hours
- Access Your Shipment Details:
Log in to your FreightSimple account, locate the shipment you want to update, and scroll down to the Pickup Date/Hours section. - Click “Change Pickup Date/Hours”:
Select the option to modify the current pickup date or time. - Choose Your New Date and/or Hours:
Select your preferred pickup date and/or hours, then click Confirm to save your changes. - Confirmation Notification:
You will receive an email confirming your updates with the carrier once they are processed.

Important Notes
- Timeframe for Changes: Pickup date and hour changes can only be made within one week of your original pickup date.
