What the notes are for

The pickup and delivery notes will be communicated to the carrier’s dispatch teams. You can use this field to share any important information the carrier should know.

• Buzzer codes. Access codes needed to reach the pickup or delivery location.
• Alternate entrances. A different door or dock the carrier should use.
• Closures. Times when the delivery location is closed.
