The notes section is a helpful way for you to communicate any specific instructions or details to the carrier before pickup or delivery.

The pickup and delivery notes will be communicated to the carrier's dispatch teams.

You can use this field to communicate buzzer codes, alternate entrances, when delivery locations are closed, and any important information the carrier should know. Keep in mind that while carriers do their best, not all requests will be able to be accommodated.
