Adding a Credit Card

FreightSimple has a variety of payment options to suit your business. You can make payments by Canadian Direct Debit or credit card, and we offer credit terms on a customized basis.

Paying by credit card is secure and convenient, and allows your company to take advantages of all the standard credit card benefits and protections. It also allows FreightSimple to get the best rates with our carriers, passing those savings onto you.

You have two options when adding a credit card

  1. Add the credit card yourself

  2. Invite a colleague to add the credit card


To add the credit card yourself, simple fill in the details:


Alternatively, you can click "Don't have access to the company credit card? Click here to invite someone else"

You will see a popup appear, with a link. You can copy this link and send it to your colleague (via email, text message or something like Slack or Microsoft Teams)


When your colleague clicks on the link, they will see a screen similar to this. They can enter the details of the company credit card. After they have submitted the details, you will be able to finish booking the shipment.
