Managing customs brokers

You likely only use a few customs brokers for your freight, perhaps one for freight entering Canada and another entering the United States. Saving the brokers you use saves time when booking shipments and helps avoid mistakes.

Save your brokers in the Customs Broker section under the Manage Company tab, which you can reach from the top menu.

Managing your brokers

1. View your saved brokers

   Once you are in the Customs Brokers section, you can see the customs brokers you currently have saved.

   

2. Add a new broker

   Click the + button to add a new one.

   

3. Set a preferred broker or edit

   From the three dot menu you can set a customs broker as preferred for All Shipments, USA Pickups, or Canada Pickups, modify the details, or delete it.
