Currency Setup for Your FreightSimple Account
At FreightSimple, we currently support two types of currency: CAD (Canadian Dollars) and USD (United States Dollars).
Each account is configured to operate with one currency only. This means that if you have an account set up in CAD, all transactions, invoices, and quotes will be processed in CAD. The same applies if your account is configured in USD.
Creating Multiple Currency Accounts
If you require both CAD and USD transactions, you will need to create two separate accounts:
- One account for CAD transactions
- One account for USD transactions
How to Set Up an Additional Account:
Visit the FreightSimple sign-up page.
Register using a new, unique email address.
Select the desired currency (CAD or USD) during the setup process.

Important Considerations:
- Separate Login Credentials: Since the accounts are distinct, you will have separate login credentials for each.
- Account Management: Quotes, invoices, and shipments are tracked independently in each account. Be sure to log in to the correct account based on the currency required.
