Share Pickup Information

If you are not the pickup contact, you can easily share information with the pickup contact where they can download the pickup package, bill of lading, your customs documents, and view any information they might need to make sure the driver can pick up the shipment.

To access the Pickup Information screen, go to your shipment, then click on the "Share" link on the right hand side.

You will see a popup containing a link to the Pickup Information screen that can be shared:

Please send that link to whoever you would like to see the pickup information. They will see something like this:

They will only see the details of the shipment that they need to perform the pickup:

They also have access to the documents they need to complete the pickup:
